1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Mitsitsy application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Mitsitsy is a personal expense tracking mobile application. It allows you to:

  • Record your transactions (income and expenses)
  • Categorize your expenses
  • Manage multiple accounts
  • View your financial statistics
  • Plan your budgets

The application works entirely offline. Your data is stored locally on your device.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to:

  • Use the application only for personal and legal purposes
  • Not attempt to modify, decompile or disassemble the application
  • Not use the application for fraudulent activities
  • Ensure the backup of your own data

4. Intellectual Property

The Mitsitsy application, its source code, design, icons and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license of use.

5. Data and Responsibility

Your data: All your financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

Backup: You are responsible for backing up your data. In case of loss, theft or damage to your device, your data may be lost.

Accuracy: The application is a financial management aid tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or currency conversions. Always verify important information.

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or operate without interruption.

In no event shall Mitsitsy be held liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Financial decisions based on the use of the application
  • Indirect or consequential damages

7. Free of Charge

The basic application is free and will remain so. No advertisements are displayed. A Premium version with additional features (such as cloud synchronization) may be offered later on an optional basis.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it. Your local data will be deleted with the application.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo.
